(b) Redevelop the old non-self-contained Government

Completion of new self-contained flats under
(a) (including (b)) and (c) to average 44,200
a year from 79/80 to 84/85 inclusive. By 1984/85
65% of the population will be in Government
housing (appendix A 4(A). From 1982 increasing
consideration will have to be given to the
requirements of one and two-person families now
sharing accommodation with other families
(appendix A 4 (B) and (C) ).
(e) Ensure adequate supply of land to enable the
private sector to continue to contribute to
provision of housing (appendix A 5).
