HONG KONG: MINUTES OF THE 6TH MEETING OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE
1. The Standing Committee monitoring the Hong Kong Planning Paper met on 18 May 1978. I attach the minutes which were approved in draft by Mr Cortazzi. I am sending a copy to the Governor of Hong Kong marked 'Personal' because of the references to
Mr Michael Stewart's report which no-one else in Hong Kong has so far seen.
2. The Department are following up the points arising from the Committee's meeting.
