In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty
the queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint
DAVID KENNEDY MELBIGGING
Justice of the Peace to be an Unofficial Xember of the
Legislative Coun il of Hong Kong from 1st September 1978
until 31st August 1980.
