GOVERNOR
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV of the
Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1977, I appoint -
DAVID RAYMOND BOY
Justice of the Feace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's
pleasure, to be temporarily an Official Member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong with effect from 9th November 1978 when he
is acting as Solicitor General in place of the Honourable Garth Cecil
Thornton, Queen's Counsel.
