No. CR 10/1136/74 of 17 March 1978 and to inform you that
the power of disallowance will not be exercised in respect
of the provisional appointment of Mr D R Boy JP to be an
Official Member of the Legislative Council during the
absence from the Colony of Mr J W D Hobley CMG QC JP and
of Mr David WONG Tzi-ki JP to be an Official Member of the
Legislative Council during the absence from the Colony of
Mr D G Jeaffreson JP.
