I have the honour to inform you that I have
appointed Mr. LI Fook-wo, OBE, JP, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure with effect from 29th April 1978 to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council during the absence from the Colony of Mr. LEE Quo-wei, CBE, JP.

Mr. Li's previous appointment referred to in your despatch HKK 011/2 dated 7th March 1978 expired on 10th March 1978 following the return of Sir Yuet-keung KAN, CBE, JP.
