ACTING GOVERNOR
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV
of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1977, I appoint -
COLVYN HUGH HAYE
Justice of the Peace, to be provisionally an Official Member of
the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 2nd May 1978 during
the absence from the Colony of Mr. Kenneth Wallis Joseph TOPLEY,
Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Justice of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 26th April 1978.
