Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,
Justice of the Peace, to be provisionally an Official Member of
the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 13th May 1978 until
30th June 1978 during the absence from the Colony of Mr. A. J. Scott,
Justice of the Peace.
