ACTING GOVERNOR
In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty
the Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint
DAVID WYLIE MCDONALD
Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George, Justice of the Peace, to be
an Official Member of the Legislative Council of Hong
Kong from 1st September 1978.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal
of the Colony on 21st July 1978.
