ACTING GOVERNOR
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV
of the Hong Kong Royal instructions 1917 - 1977, I appoint
LAM SIM-FOOK (
SIM-FOOK(藍新福
Justice of the Peace, to be provisionally an Official
Member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong with
immediate effect during the absence from the Colony of
Dr. the Honourable THONG Kah-leong, Justice of the
Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 1st August 1978.
