(e) in certain areas, no attempt was made to
evaluate the respondents' state of knowledge
or the degree of ignorance about the subject -
matter; and
(f) no explanation was given to why visits to
nearly half of the sampled households were
unsuccessful.
The above assessment has been seen by and agreed with the
Commissioner for Census and Statistics.
