of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1977, I appoint

Justice of the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's
pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive
Council of Hong Kong from 31st January 1978 during the temporary
absence of Sir Sze-yuen CHUNG (2). Commander of
the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice of the Peace.
