It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, by Instrument under the Public Scal, to appoint the Honourable Li Fook-wo (MAIA), OBE, JP, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of Executive Council with effect from 24 May 1978 during the absence from Hong Kong of the Honourable ANN Tse-kai (FA), CBE, JP.
