GOVERNOR
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause III
of the Hong Song Royal Instructions 1917 - 1977, I appoint -
JAMES WU MAN-HON (LAR)
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,
Justice of the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's
pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the
Executive Council of Hong Kong from 1st June 1978 during the
absence from the Colony of the Honourable Oswald ChLUNG (32).
Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,
Queen's Counsel, Justice of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony
on 23rd May 1978.
