Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member
of the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 9th June 1978
during the absence from the Colony of the Honourable
LEE Que-wei (†). Commander of the Most Excellent
Order of the British Empire, Justice of the Peace.
