HONG KONG ROYAL INSTRUCTIONS 1917 - 1977
GOVERNOR
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause III
of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1977, I appoint -
DAVID AKERS- JONES
Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of the Saint
Michael and Saint George, Justice of the Pence, provisionally
and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an
Official Member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong from
6th July 1978 during the absence from the Colony of
the Honourable Ian MacDonald Lightbody, Companion of
the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael ami Saint
George, Justice of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 21st June 1978.
