In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause III
of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1977, I appoint -
WILLIAM
PETER GORDON WILLIAMS
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,
Justice of the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her
Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member
of the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 20th July 1978
during the absence from the Colony of the Honourable
Mrs. Joyce SYMONS, Commander of the Most Excellent
Order of the British Empire, Justice of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 6th July 1978.
