GOVERNOR
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause III of the Hong
Kong Royal Instructions 1917 -1977, I appoint -
CHEN SHOU-LUM
陳壽霖
Justice of the Peace, to be provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's
pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive
Council of Hong Kong from 15th September 1978 during the absence from Hong Kong of the Honourable Sir Sze-yuen CHUNG (++).
Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony on
16th September 1978.
