It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, by Instrument under the Public Seal, to appoint the Honourable James Wu Man-hon (MMA), OBE, JP, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council with effect from 29 December 1978 during the absence from Hong Kong of the Honourable Li Fook-wo (A), OBE, JP.
