Would you please refer to John Stewart's letter HG 400/1 of 20 April on the subject of dormant commissions.
2. I have no objections whatsoever to declassifying our "dormant letter" to 'Restricted', nor would I have any objections to it being taken out of the "personal" series. However, as things are at present in Belize I would cer- tainly not wish to publish it. s regards para 3, the present "dormant letter" remains entirely satisfactory and can therefore stand.
