holding that office is absent from Gibraltar or is for any other reason unable to perform the functions of the office)
the person for the time being performing the functions of the office of Deputy Governor to assume and perform during
Her Majesty's pleasure the functions of the office of Governor if at any time the office of Governor is vacant or the holder
of the office of Governor is absent from Gibraltar or is for
any other reason unable to perform the functions of the office
of Governor.
