I can assure Noble Lords that Her Majesty's Government
share their deep concern at this case. Its progress in the
British Virgin Islands is under constant scrutiny by HMG
and at the same time the Governor is being kept constantly
informed of developments and discussions here in Britain,
including the probability of a debate and motion in another
place.
