SYLVESTER GASTON: APPEAL TO PRIVY COUNCIL
I. Miss Rennison Legal Executive Branch will handle all matters regarding the application to appeal to Privy Council.
2. Miss Rennison replied on 20 January to BVI's telegram of the same date stating that Gaston wishe to appeal to Privy Council SAYING THAT documents should be addressed to her.
3. According to the bag schedule the next classified bag leaves BVI on Friday 27 January arriving here the following Monday.
4. Miss Rennison says that Privy Council normally state within about ten days of their receiving papers whether or not the Privy Council will agree to accept the appeal. (It is most unlikely that they will agree to hearing it)
5. Copies of Laws and Statutory Instruments of BVI re,Capital Punishment attached
