CAPITAL PUNISHMENT : LETTER FROM KENSINGTON LABOUR PARTY
1.
The Secretary of the Kensington Labour Party has written to the Secretary of State enclosing a resolution passed by the General Management Committee concerning the recent executions in Bermuda. The so-called resolution is, in fact,
a series of six direct questions.
2. I attach, as requested, a draft reply which attempts to answer each question in turn.
