Further to our telephone conversation on the 14 February, I am pleased to advise that confirmation has been received from the World Wildlife Fund that where they have approved the use of the Fund's Symbol on stamps it is not necessary to make any form of payment for the privilege. We may not, however, reproduce the Panda Symbol on First Day Covers as the WWF have a contract with the Franklin Mint's Philatelic Division. Mr Rudolf Idzerda, International Co-ordinator of the World Wildlife Fund in Morges, Switzerland, welcomes the use of the WWF Panda on postage stamps featuring wildlife, provided that the WWF is properly consulted.

I think all your points have now been covered but please let me know if you need any further information.

Yours sincerely
