'Postage Due' Labels
There is no objection to the sale of 'postage due' labels through a philatelic bureau, or from the Head Office of the Postal Administration.
viii. 'OFFICIAL' Stamps
Experience has shown that the introduction of 'Official' stamps raises a number of difficulties and can lead to malpractices. It is recommended therefore that such issues should not be made. Over-printing stamps with 'SPECIMEN' or 'OHMS' is also to be discouraged.
