No general change is proposed in the rule that, CPPs are not prepared for dependencies; but the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu are shortly attaining independence and will continue to receive budgetary aid: and Belize, the Falkland Islands and Gibraltar are in the "sensitive"
category.
