and since it will not be feasible to undertake all at once, the departments concerned will determine the appropriate priorities.)

In the studies relating to Dependent Territories in the Caribbean, full account should be taken of the conclusions of the separate review of policy on the Future of the Associated States referred to in paragraph 11v above, so as to ensure that, whatever individual variations may be imposed by the different circumstances of each territory, a broadly consistent line of policy is applied throughout the region.
