Thank you for your letter HKA 431/7 of
8 September about the List of Expatriates.

I find the list useful enough and certainly interesting but I feel the list as far as Montserrat is concerned is longer than it need be TA officer is shown. For that reason and because two of them have been replaced by Montserratians I suggest the deletion of all three Technical College Instructors. Others which should be deleted are the Project Manager, and the Manager and Secretary/Accountant of the D.F.M.C.

As for the rest:
(a) for G.O. Whittaker, O.B.E. substitute N.J. Pollard
(b) and delete C.P. Lee.
