I am replying to your HKA 431/7 of 8 September. may know, Mr Guy is at present on leave in England. Mr Aldous who is Acting Governor, however, asked me to say that he is sure Mr Guy will agree that the list is useful since it is the only source of reasonable precise and up to date information on the whereabouts of professional and administrative officers, many of whom are known to us.
