DEPENDENT TERRITORIES SENIOR APPOINTMENTS BOARD
1. I attach as agreed draft papers for submission to Members of the DTSAB for their approval of the recommendation of Mr CH Godden as HM Commissioner, Anguilla.
2. Mr Godden is currently on leave and POD would like him to be able to complete this if possible before returning to Kingston and proceeding on direct transfer to Anguilla. This would put his arrival date at about the end of March. I do not think that we need specify this in the note to the Board
Members.
3. When we get all the acceptances in from all the Members of the Board we will need to submit to the Secretary of State, Number 10 and subsequently The Queen, but we should now have plenty of time to achieve this. If you agree the drafts I will circulate to Board Members.
