67. Council resumed at 2.00 p.m. with all Members present, and the Financial Secretary in attendance.

The Member for the Fifth District said that in view of the Governor having been in the United Kingdom for 2 months during his tour of duty, he wished to know how his leave was computed and the meaning of "CW".
69. The Minister for Finance requested the Financial Secretary to supply the information in detail.
70. The Financial Secretary said that he had brought Mr. Wallace's leave record from Establish- ment. He explained that in 1974 - 15 days had been earned, in 1975 - 33 days, and 20 days had been carried forward, in 1976 - 36 days making a total of 56 in 1976, in 1977 - 33 days were earned and at the end of 1977 days earned, and a total of 94 He also explained that the Governor's leave earning days were 36 a year according to Appendix C of General Orders.
