If the amounts payable under (a) and (b) above together exceed the appropriate guaranteed minimum income provided in this paragraph no pension will be payable under this Section..
Review of Awards
4.4
The pension may be reviewed by the Minister
if the beneficiary's condition attributable to his injury deteriorates and he appeals for much review; or
a.

if any change is made in the class of benefit payable to him under the National Insurance Acts, such as substitution of retirement pension for sickness benefit or invalidity pension, or cessation of earnings-related supplementary benefit or of a dependant's allowance;
C. when re-employment ends; or
2.
or
on modification of pension on account of national insurance pension; or
e. on the subsequent issue of a retirement pension wholly or parily from public funds.
Widows' and dependants' benefits
11.5
If a Governor to whom this Section applies is injured on or after the date of coming into operation of this Schome in any of the circumstances set out in MT. 4.2 and dies as the direct result of his injury, a pension and a lump sum my be paid in accordance with paragraphs 4.7 to 4.14 as follows:
