plus an inducement element. We consider that Governors
under the new Governors' Pension Scheme should be
brought into line and have their notional UK
related pensionable emoluments equated to a UK
equivalent plus an inducement element in the same way
as HMOCS officers. Willby in his letter to you of
29 June 1977 sets out the case for this.
8. The attached list provides the present UK
equivalents for all posts of Governor and the
notional UK related pensionable emoluments, which we
