I attach a copy of a letter dated 3 October which I have received from Mr J A Hargreaves, the Secretary of the TUC's International Department.
2.
I have no knowledge of any dispute between the Hong Kong Government and the Government Shorthand-Audio-Typists Association. If you are similarly lacking information I wonder if you would ask the Hong Kong Government, presumably the Secretary for the Civil Service, to supply the information on which a reply to the TUC can be based.
3.
I have sent an acknowledgement to Mr Hargreaves.
