Shorthand Audio Typists Dispute
I am enclosing a brief prepared for John
Stewart, Head of the Hong Kong Department of the F.C.0. who, on the instructions of Lord Goramy-Roberts, will be meeting Mrs Matilda Cheung and some of her SAT Association Committee in Hong Kong on the 18th October 1977.

I am also enclosing a copy of the SAT Association's petition to HE and Members of Executive and Legislative Comeils and the Government's reply.

These notes will augment and bring up to date background material which has already been sent to John Lan by John Linthwaite.
