Property Organisation and Management
The Civil Service Branch will be handing over
responsibility for office accommodation to the Administration
Branch in the near future. An O & M survey is taking
place and is expected to be completed by the end of
December in relation to this transfer of office accommodation
and the possible creation of a Government Property Management
Unit.
34.
HKC CSA Housing Scheme
A final meeting has been held between the HKCCSA,
Environment and Civil Service Branches concerning this
scheme which will now be submitted to Executive Council.
35.
Housing Loan Scheme
Alternative proposals for loan schemes are being
examined and a senior officer is being allocated to special
duties to consider these proposals in the context of a newly
defined overall housing policy for civil servants.
