1. Mr Lightbody, Secretary for Administration in Hong Kong, is
He is planning to visit the UK at the end of August and September. concerned with the re-organization of the planning and management of Government property in Hong Kong, and would like to visit the Property Services Agency.

I have spoken to Mr White of Dmos 3 and I think that, if you agree, a general visit might be proposed to Mr Lightbody with the option of concentrating on specific areas later.
3.
I should be grateful if you could let me know if it would be suitable for Mr Lightbody to visit the PSA and for any ideas on the format that such a visit might take.
