Visit of Messrs Lightbody and Ching Hong Kong
Your letter of 16 June 1977 to Mr Watters Management Services Division refers. As agreed by telephone I enclose a copy of General Speller's letter. Our provisional programme does not allow for a visit to the Civil Service College at Belgrave Road on 12 or 13 September. The only other dates available are 5 or 6 September, this does not however, rule out the possibility that the provisional programme can be modified. I will be happy to comply with any arrangements which are agreed between General Speller and yourself.
