1. Thank you for your letter SCRL/M32/77 of 30 March and the Congolese papers enclosed with it. The papers have been circulating around the Office this past month. I do not know to what extent they have been read but I am sure that the story of Kissinger as Director of the Tel Aviv Zoo has produced a good laugh!

We agree with the advice in paragraph 6 of your letter about the custody of the originals of the papers.
