You wrote to my predecessor, kobin Janvrin, on 24 March last year (your reference SEC 1/08/03) requesting information about this scheme and Mrs Birch replied on 6 April. I have been prodding the iome Office since in the hopes of extracting from them any information that would be useful to you. far, because no further information is yet ready for release, I have failed and I am therefore writing now only to tell you, like Mrs Birch, that I will keep an eye on this and let you have anything the Home Office give me.
