Amendment of section 17A.
PREVENTION OF BRIBERY (AMENDMENT)
5. Section 17A of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting the following after subsection (6)—–
"(6A) All proceedings before a magistrate under this section shall be conducted in chambers.".
