The remarkable progress in improving Police, Public Relations, the cooperation generated through Neighbourhood Policing Units, Divisional Police Public Relations offices, Mutual Aid Committees and the Junior Police Call organisation could be largely nullified if the media and the public generally were not fair in their judgement of the Police. I hope the message was accepted in the spirit it was given.
