No Officer worthy of the name would continue to command a corrupt Force, resignation is better than disgrace, and at least shows principle. The law means that the police have lost their FREEDOM.
Where do we go from here
Unless some person of strength,moral fibre, clear thinking and courage comes on the. scene, unfettered by the financial chains of Big Business, the political shackles of the "cardboard" politicians and administrators and
the slimmy tentacles of the entertainments industries,
public confidence will be lost, and with that confidence, will go loyalty.
The Colony is being ruined by the 10% criminal element and their sycophants, their protectors and their mentors. Her Majesty's Government must ensure that the 10% are imprisoned, re-called, removed or retired so that the 90% of the Colony of Hong Kong can go about their business and pleasures in the knowledge that these are not fleeting dreams, not "pies in the sky". The Chinese people have a right to this the Chinese population demand that right. I trust Her Majesty's Government will grant that right and grant it speedily and without prejudice.
