So far as I can ascertain, the prosecution's papers are, produced very tardily even at the last minute. They would also appear to be in English and Chinese script. Reading is very difficult and there is no certification as to the accuracy of translation.
I would greatly value your comments on the foregoing. In view of the very serious nature of the charge against Christopher Clements, and the pressure of legal dates, an early reply would be much appreciated.
