At the end of your letter you suggest that Mr Kenneth Weetch MP might be authorised to look into the matter when he visits Hong Kong later this month. The Hong Kong Commissioner in London is getting in touch with Mr Weetch to tell him that he would be very welcome to visit Mr Clements if he wishes to do so.
