of drafts on 27/3/73 from North Point Branch of Hang Seng baik. serial no. in sequence (PF116) on 28/4/7 no less than 9 drafts
issued by North Foint Branch of hang weng Dank for a total of
$4500 on Old Trafford 40.On 21/5/75 orth Point Branch of Hang
peng bank issued 2 drafts FP83 83A for a total of 21000 for
Barclays A/C on application of wong Tak wing. I submit that on
came day ong Tak wing applied for £3000 drafts on came day for
the estminister Bank A/C. Taking 2 sums together it was w4000. On 5/7/73 ..ong Chi ing purchased £4000 on National estminister Dark.From 4/9/73 to 2/2/74 drafts were sent out regularly at
approximately monthly intervals to Barclays A/. at 014 Trafford all purchased on application by wong Chi ing. Documents (bxhs. FP88, 139, FF94, PP90, FF91, PP92) That deals with the 2 numbered
accounts Crown alleges are of the conspirators in this case.
Sufficient for Your Honour to rule at this stage they are relevant
and admissible. Your Honour can identify these accounts as being
of those of 1A.

Hongkong & Shanghai Bank „24's banke: "which his salaries were
paid. On 23/7/72 date of ex. F11 he wrote to inform bank telling
them this particular account was his. This was an account to
which drafts had been sent from as early as 21/10/71, PF13, and
indeed was sent 2 days after he sent his letter (FP19). As far as
current account is concerned 30876550 (F10) Jurrent Account allotment
form produced by w4 from Treasury show that current account was
account to which 24 asked Treasury to make regular monthly allotment
from 1970 onwards &. Government gave effect to those instructions
until it ceased to supply its employees with this facility.Your
