I was
I am an ICAC Officer working in Operations Department. On 24/2/75 I accompanied other officers and conducted certain Actions in relation to 1st accused in this case. With the authority of search warrant signed by
the Director of Operations of ICAC I together with other officers visited
home of 1st accused where the search warrant was executed. Several items
were seized during the course of the execution of the warrant. deputized to make record of property seized. Record was made while search was conducted. As an item was seized it was recorded in the log of events. Among items seized were 25 calling cards of various persons in the Colony. I subsequently returned to 1st accused all the items seized that day except one calling card. Items were not returned to 1st accused by myself personally. (F86 shown to witness) I have been this card before. It is one of the calling cards among the 25 seized from Mr. Cunningham's house. This was together with another 24 calling
cards in a wallet in a built-in wardrobe of master bedroom of
Mr. Cuningham's flat.
