r. buen was the manager. Therefore it would his responsibility
to look after records but as Mr. Chung was only a receptionist it
would not be his duty to do so.
Mr. Suen as manager is responsible for safe-keeping, custody and
efficient maintenance of records?

If for instance we are dealing with application for draft when staff
of bank would calculate stamp duty, foreign exchange etc. on right
hand half of form and then application form is consequently filed in
the bank and there has been a ruling in this case it forms part of
the bank's records the staff of the bank who write the right hand
half of the form is concerned in making the balık'a record?

with au Yeung Kwan's case, that officers of ICAC came to search
documents very often and off hand we could not furnish them with
documents asked for as there was some confusion in the store room.
