I assistant Bank Officer of Hang Seng Bank. I am employed by bank in its howloon City Branch and I have been employed by bank for the last 6 years.
In course of my duties at that branch I have had experience with current accounts and savings accounts. (sx. PF32 shown to witness). This is specimen signature card for savings account in name of Chieng
Leung. This sevings account was maintained in Kowloon City branch of
our bank.
Customer of savings account is given a pass book into which deposits and withdrawals are shown. We use computers to record payment out and payment in. If person loses his pass book the computers would showthe history report of an account where there is payment in and out
for that month and report is shown twice a month. If we wish to have record of a certain bank account, staff member of computer-centre copies the data. sometimes we can get a report from the computer itself and sometimes someone has to type our report information of which comes from the computer. Bank has no records aside from what is stored in computer.. (Document shown to witness). "Code 200 represents transfer withdrawal.
Code 100 represents cash withdrawal. Code 300 represents cheque deposit. Coue 900 represents cash deposit.
